General Information

  • What should I bring?

    In all our destinations, the weather is warm so we recommend dressing lightly and comfortably.

    Packing list:

    Yoga/sports clothes, bathing suits, running shoes, wetsuit, hat/cap, reusable water bottle, flip flops or comfortable sandals, beach towel and/or a sarong, light, casual beachwear, sunscreen, insect repellent, hygiene products, windbreaker or long sleeve, ear plugs

    Gear:

    Helmet, booties, impact vest, all your wing or kite equipment

  • Is there WiFi at the house

    Yes, there is WiFi at the house.

  • I have food restrictions. Will I still be able to enjoy the included meals?

    Yes! Our chefs can accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please just be sure to let us know ahead of time.

  • Do I need a power plug adapter?

    Depending on where you’re from and to which of our destinations you are traveling, you may need a power plug adapter

  • How can I reserve my spot?

  • What is the currency of the country and how much money should I bring?

    Mexico: The Mexican peso is the official currency of Mexico. This trip is an all-inclusive adventure, but you will need some cash for massages, the farmers market, tips and airport transfer. We recommend arriving with about $200. USD is accepted most everywhere and you will receive change in pesos.

    Brazil: The Brazilian Real is the official currency of Brazil. During your time with us, dinners are not included. We recommend arriving with about $200 of US cash. You can change money at the airport or withdraw from ATM’s in town.

Policies

  • What are your booking terms?

    Payment can be made by PayPal, venmo, credit card or bank transfer.

    The balance is payable 45 days prior to departure unless specified otherwise. No refund for early departures.

    Early check-in and late departure is available pending availability.

    Only the number of guests paid for can stay as part of the group.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations should be made in writing via email to hello@strutkiteboarding.com

    The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    30-45 Days Prior to Departure – 50% penalty (total cost of trip)

    15-30 Days Prior to Departure – 75% penalty (total cost of trip)

    00-15 Days Prior to Departure – 100% penalty (no refund)

  • Do I need travel insurance?

    We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances including travel cancellation due to inclement weather, natural disaster and personal circumstances, as we do not accept any liability for any costs you may incur.

  • What are your minimum guest requirements?

    If our minimum guest requirement is not met, the trip will not happen. No guarantees are made. 

  • Conditions of occupancy?

    Rooms must not be used for any unlawful purpose. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents caused by any Guest. The Guest authorizes the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise. Neither accommodation provider, Sensi, Nadja, staff or support crew is liable for any damage or loss of property, which a Guest may sustain while on the complex.

  • Prices and Payment

    All prices, unless specified otherwise, are in US dollars. Trip price does not include other costs such as domestic or international airfare. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any trip cancellations. Please read carefully the description of the trip in order to know what is included in the price.

    We are not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing payment in either currency. Furthermore, we are not responsible for extra fees charged by third party such as customs.
